At Dear-Born Baby, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team or visit our online portal to provide your order number and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
