Either the URBAN and METRO Convertible Cribs can be converted to a 54" Double Bed using this Conversion Kit. Additionally, you can convert the cribs into a 39" Twin Bed with integrated nightstand shelf (which can be placed on right or left side of bed).
Includes a Low Profile Footboard.
To be used with the compatible crib, along with a standard Double Bed 54" Mattress and Bunky Board or Box Spring to convert to a double bed (Sold Separately)
